The Curated Floral collection explores details and nuances of flowers and botanicals and positions the flower as an artwork in its own right: mother nature’s perfect creation, taking inspiration from the prints of the Liberty archive and makes them anew.
Liberty roll widths are larger compared with regular quilting cottons. One Liberty fat quarter (1/4m unit) measures 68cm x 50cm / 26" x 19".
Capel Floret is inspired by Liberty florals dating from the 1930s. Capel first printed in 1978, and has been part of the Classics collections since 1993. This exclusive version adds a new dimension to the original, by highlighting the flowers with saturated hues. Shown here in a burgandy and orange colourway on a pink background.
