In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase or you have ordered incorrectly, unused products (provided it does not fall into the categories mentioned below) can be returned when you notify us 14 days from the day after you receive the goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, for a full refund (this will be calculated by the 'Delivered' status by Royal Mail or courier service). Please contact us before returning the goods. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (excluding postage costs as set out in our Terms & Conditions). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Patterns & Books cannot be returned due to copyright reasons.
Please include full details upon return including your full name, telephone number and order number. If this information is not included in the package, you risk not receiving a refund as we have no information to follow up with. Returns can be made to; Sew & Quilt, Unit L, Questmap Business Park, Long Rock Industrial Estate, Penzance, Cornwall, TR20 8AS.
Please ensure all items are sent in protective packaging which will reach us in a re-sellable condition. A deduction of 20% can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary, the extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop. Fair warning; any books, patterns, or any customised products that are returned to us without prior consent or fault will be repackaged and returned to you at your cost. Please be aware we cannot be responsible for items that are received to us in a non-resellable condition or not received at all, we recommend you use a recorded service and keep your proof of postage.
