Liberty Fabrics' Organic Tana Lawn Collectionfeatures classic and iconic designs from the Liberty Fabrics archive now made with an organic cotton. Certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard, this means the fabric is made using at least 95% certified organic fibres. The organic collection of Classics, offers reworked and recoloured interpretations of the most quintessential Liberty Fabrics heritage designs.
Roll widths are larger compared with regular quilting cottons. One Liberty Fabrics fat quarter (1/4m unit) measures 68cm x 50cm / 26" x 19".
Mamie was created in 1980, drawing inspiration from typical 1930s Liberty Fabrics florals. It features pretty fuchsias, roses and primroses, and was a popular Classics design throughout the ‘80s and ‘90s shown here in a soft blue colourway.
